This company is total fraud and a liar. They will fraudulently charge you more money.

On January, I started a premium plan and didn't get result as expected.

I canceled the plan. But it kept on charging me on my credit card of which I was unaware until April. So, when I talked with them, first of all, they don't have any customer service looks like one man is running the whole business. They will reply you after hours or sometimes days.

And they say I didn't cancel and I had commitment to pay, either I use the service or not. This is fraud.

False advertisement, scam against customers. I purchased an online service for music mastering on february/march 2019. With big letters at their website when you order it says"no commitment" and "cancel anytime". With smaller letters under it says you can get a refund within 14 days if not satisfied. I purchased monthly service and when trying to cancel, they claim it was an annual service with monthly fee. I still have 315 days left of my order worth approx. 300 dollars. I do not need this service and I don´t understand why anyone involved in the music business would need this for more than few months. This clearly is a freud.

I got with emastered because I thought they would be comnvient and says you can cancel anytime but they lock you in annually! I’ve tried to cancel but they will turn your subscription back on. I purchased a plan that I believed was a monthly charge but in smaller print had a yearly commitment. Even when you cancel you will be charged monthly. There is no way to contact them and they have bots that chat with you. Doesn’t answer anything. I had to go through my bank to change all my information so they couldn’t keep processing through my account because I now can not afford those payments. If you’re looking at emaster I do not recommend. They should also make it clear on the plan. That you really can’t cancel at anytime either. Horrible customer service.

My son was under impression he could cancel after 1 mo. Emastered charged on my card $180 which was for 1 yr. Co was contacted and reimbursed card $151 on 2/12. I now see $180 in march and $29 in april charges posted on my card. This was done without my permission. I believe my son talked to co. and they were to canceluse of my card.

I cancelled my account over a month ago, keep in mind I signed up for a monthly service, not yearly, but somehow I'm being charged annually. No one has reached out to me regarding this matter.

eMastered uses deliberately misleading sales tactics when users sign up for their service. I signed up for what I thought was a pay-per-month option, as it was listed on the website under "Monthly Plans." Instead, it turned out to be a year-long contract. I only intended to use the service for the month of February. They also claim that you can cancel your plan anytime, but have not responded to my request to terminate my service and have continued to bill me.

They are still billing me, and blocked communications. They said I could get out of the subscription if I pay a fee, I paid it and they are still billing me. Dont use! Also the supposed hd format you pay extra for isnt wav file its Mp3. Warning to musicians

Long story short, I messaged them to end my account and billing, and they said they would. But they’re still billing me monthly. Scam. Don’t use. Also their masters lower the quality of your music very badly. Made everything glitchy to the point I can’t play them.

There’s this site called emastered and long story short they have this money back guarantee policy so if you don’t like their service you can request membership cancelation, which I did. They told me the membership was canceled when I asked, fast forward 2 months they’ve been charging me monthly 27.99 usd and when I realized they were I filed a dispute, also I have screen shots of them saying the membership was canceled on 12/14/18 but PayPal is requesting more information from me now asking for the billing agreement where can I find this billing agreement I feel like I’ve provided all the evidence in the world with the screen shots etc, also emastered stops responding to me when I bring up the refund, they blocked my ability to online chat with them from the site, just very shady business I just want to be done with. What do I do

The service was not up to what they claim on the website. I cancelled within 14 days and they don’t wanna refund my money. I only mastered one track not 4. Stay away from deceptive company like this one.

Ridiculous company, got my money back as a "one time courtesy". But before that I was blamed for their shitty service. Smith told me I didn´t follow the guidelines which funny because there is not really a lot to do wrong on the interface. It is worth spending about 100€ on a professional mastering. An algorythm can not make such judgements as a human with profession ears. I strongly suggest you to tell them that you will contact the authorities, regarding their business as what they do is a scam, and in addition false marketing and if you do no receive your money back within 14 work days, you will take legal steps towards them . That is what I did, and it worked for me. Good Luck
