We have repeatedly requested cancellation and refund of at least 2 months worth of charges, got charged for another month and they refuse to comply. We signed my boyfriend up for a trial plan at approximately $8-$14/mo in July.I have been charged $26.10 three times. We have requested cancellation and refund after the second charge in September, provided the documentation and such that the company requested. We even informed then that he no longer has access to the email on the account. I tried again today, and now his emastered account says there is no plan attached, however I now want all 3 months refunded. They continue to give us the runaround and avoid providing the refund. I feel this is unacceptable and horrible business practice.

Do not trust this company, I cancelled my account a year ago and they just charged my another $275, and are doing nothing in response to my request for a refund, outrageous!

The customer service leaves something to be desired, and the monthly subscription is truly a joke. "Pay to subscribe then pay more for our algorithm based master"........ I don't see how they're in business, besides the gullible. And to not have an option to download and pay for an individual track without a subscription kind of proves that they don't believe in their service.

Merchant restarted my service after I cancelled. I tried this service for a few weeks before canceling, due to a subpar mastering engine. I completed an exit survey and confirmed That I no longer had access to mastering songs. Within a months time I received a charge for a separate package that the merchant claims I signed up for, instead of cancelling - although I never used it again. He declined a refund on the new charge and will only cancel the "new" annual program, which I didn't sign up for, if I agree to some offer he is extending by email. I declined his offers and am working with my credit card provider.

Misleading, deceitful, and non cooperative I am very frustrated with Emastered. I thought I was signing up for a month of service, but instead it was a 12 mo contract that is paid every month. I contacted customer service, and they have refused to assist or work with me at all. They are manipulative and misleading.

I signed up to eMastered hoping it would be the missing element to my tracks; it wasn't, it made them sound worse. So I decided to cancel and get a refund on my remaining months. That's when you find out that their statement "No commitment. Cancel anytime" is an absolute lie. Yes, you can cancel anytime, but you won't get a refund on any remaining months and/or will be obliged to continue paying the rest of the year's subcription. So there is a commitment - a one-year commitment.
