Scam website

Cancelled my membership MONTHS ago and theyre still charging my card each month. My bank cant do anything about it except issue me a credit refund. I went to my profile on Emastered and tried deleting my card off my profile and it doesnt even let me do that. Horrible.

User's recommendation: Don’t use, they’ll keep charging you after cancellation.

horrible, they are manipulative.. offer a free mastering to get you excited but once you get going you notice the limitations of controlling the master settings which are comprised of presets that wont automatically work for every song. Once you realize these limitations this service becomes useless. Their paid options are: either yearly at $156 OR monthly at $19/ month. The catch is if you choose to pay monthly you are obligated to use the service for 12months (I wish I could screenshot the site where it says this as it is completely cut off and you wont notice it at all). I only needed it for 2-3 months for a client but I realized this service sucks after 3 months and asked for refund only for the previous month, which they denied stating that they cant refund until the entire 12 months have gone by. Please tell me where else this makes sense in the world? So if your reading this stay away unless you are willing to deal with them for at least 12 months. Ive instructed my bank to not process any of their transactions

what a con I pay 169 for a year then ask for a full refund which they pay and then take out of my bank again I try to get them to pay me a refund again and they don't reply and this was a year and a half ago with no repayment for something I never even used

If I could give them negative stars I would. Last month I paid for a subscription and received 10% off to try it out. Within one master or two I was just unsatisfied and unsubscribed the same day and never used it since. This morning they take $17.10 out of my bank account for subscription I no longer had. I sent them an email and they tell me. "However as a one time courtesy, we removed your contract and canceled your account but no refund will be issued. We apologize for the inconvenience and let me know if there's anything we can help." The thing is I did not have a subscription for them even charge for or cancel because it should have already been canceled a month ago and I should have gotten a refund now they owe me two refunds and not trying to give me anything

Their service might be good for some but they are just a scam.
Their policy clearly writes that all subscriptions can be cancelled within 14 days and 100% money will be refunded. I believed that and chose the 1 year package where it is billed monthly. After playing around with one or two audios, I didn't liked it much and tried to cancel the package but it then says its a 1 year package and even though cancelled, it will charge monthly for 1 year.

WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever faced. Why the hell don't mention that in their policy?????

Everytime my money gets deducted from my bank, I will the bad time when I opened its website.

I paid a year in advance for their service and it stopped working. When I tried to get the problem fixed, they refused to help sending me way behind. My service suddenly stopped working shortly after I paid them a year in advance. I had been a customer for two years. They would not help me fix the email issue causing me to use another service and as of now, they will not return my money. Great service, but horrible customer service. I am still trying to use their interface, but they will not fix the issue. Now I have to explain to my clients why I am so late delivering my finished work to them.

Signed up for a year worth of mastering services in June of 2019. All was good. June of 2020 came, I decided not to fund my PayPal account to renew another year. We are in a pandemic after all. 6 months later, after having completely forgotten about them, they suddenly pull a year subscription from my PayPal.

I immediately filed a dispute with PayPal. This dispute was closed within 3 hours, so PayPal was no help.

I then spent literally an entire day trying to get a refund, just be given the run around over and over. They ended up giving me a 52 dollar refund, out of the 72 they pulled because PayPal apparently charged them. I don't believe this for a second, as PayPal had closed my dispute the day the payment went through saying the seller had the right to do what they did, because I had given them permission back in 2019.

The dispute was closed. An absolute scam!

I decided to my own mastering after subscribing for a day then when I was given a refund it was taken out of my bank account strait away and never got a refund for a years membership what is with these music providers and websites really disappointing

They really need to be more transparent about the commitment period. Most people (like me) signed up to master a few tracks and see what the service is like. After I cancelled a few months later I realised I was still being billed. The person on the online chat cancelled my account and has assured me no other payments will be taken (we'll see). They were very clear and quite abrupt about the fact that they will not be refunding any money. Pretty shady tactics, reminds me of the old ringtone subscriptions that tricked millions of unsuspecting people in to subscriptions when they just wanted one ringtone.

these guys just want your cash the actual software is for beginner djs an musicians who realize weeks later that the quality of the program is terrible,they also confuse a month membership with a yearly one so you accidentally subscribe for a year which happened to me

NEVER USE THIS SITE, YOU WILL GET TRAPPED AND WILL LOSE MONEY. I was never looking for any form of commitment, I was testing waters and made a mistake by subscribing to the wrong subscription apparently as I know I would never have tied myself into an annual thing knowing I was never serious about using any mastering tools like that. I contacted them and said I shouldn't be punished for this, I should not have money practically stolen from me after I cancel my 'subscription'. I would be passed to the billing team and from my guess, that's probably room for me to be ignored and scammed. After this, I have no idea where I stand with banking situations like this. I would like to try and get the bank transfers blocked from my account to prevent losing anymore money.

Had to click on 1 star to be able to comment. They ripped me off 160.00 after I had canceled my monthly plan. I tried to contact them and they told me that it costs them too much money to fix it and refused to refund. I would not recommend these guys in any way.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Like many other users said, this company keeps taking money out of your account even when you try to cancel your plan, and even after you have stopped using their services. That's not all, they would not even consider giving a refund. I was charged a six additional months of $29.99 which totals $180.00, they would not even refund one or two months. I won't put what I think they are but this site, eMastered.com, and those behind it are a bunch of heartless moneygrabbers. Real nice way to be especially during this COVID-19 pandemic and everything else going on in the world. STAY FAR AWAY from EMASTERED.COM!!!
Their mastering service was not worth $29.00 a month, if you need to use a service like this use LANDR. They are a different group of people who treat their customer in a totally different manner.
Honest advice from an experienced user of this websites services.

They have a 14 days full refund policy if you're not satisfied with the service, which i was not. Needless to say after I cancelled there was no refund given and instead got signed up" for an annual monthly billed plan which I NEVER CHOSE! What a scam for a mediocre service.

Scam, Shady Business Tactics. Avoid.

Paid for an annual subscription. I cancelled the service (Received confirmation that it will not renew at the end), and they proceeded to renew the subscription anyway and tell me that I cannot be refunded for the unauthorized renewed subscription. These people are shady and do not run an honest or legitimate business.

Use Landr, instead. it sounds and works better, and they run a much stronger and more honest business.

I used their service twice and i am disapointed.
On the first song i didn't like the mastering quality.It saw only louder and a little brighter.
On the second song was the same story.I tried to get my money back and it was not possible.
Now i get it.Music is personal and it is made by humans for the humans.
I found out that mixing and mastering ,nowdays,is a lot cheaper that in was 20 years ago
So i payed 20 or 25 $ for a real mastering and Voila.I got what i wanted a master that not only sound louder but is deeper sweeter,creamier.
I found on fiverr website a very good engineer called cata 546 and after this themixbros.com a dedicated studio for this.I am very impressed not only by the quality but also that i was able to tell the engineers what i was after and also they even advised me a little bit on the mixing aspects of music.
