Emastered took funds from my account for 4 months after I cancelled. They would not refund me &told me to take it to court. It was ******* I used the service for 1 month, cancelled in August and they continued to bill through January. I asked them about it and Smith said he would cancel the account but would not refund the money. After a series of email exchanges, he told me he would not cancel my subscription because he didn't have to and would continue to take money. I have not used the service since August and only used it once or twice then. My request was for a refund of **** dollars.


I would like a refund of the four months that was taken in amount of ***** They led me to believe that they cancelled the account. Smith acknowledges that in the email conversations.
