The customer service leaves something to be desired, and the monthly subscription is truly a joke. "Pay to subscribe then pay more for our algorithm based master"........ I don't see how they're in business, besides the gullible. And to not have an option to download and pay for an individual track without a subscription kind of proves that they don't believe in their service.

What a joke. "We make it louder. We squash it all down", and "We charge you 180 bucks a year for the privilege". What a joke.....
