I signed up and within seconds I felt this place was a scam. I started looking for a way to cancel and there was no where but to request it.

I said to hell with this place.....I didnt upload anything but a photo which im about to delete.......I also changed my email code since this place is deffinately a scam

Tricked me also for annual commitment, but I guess that was my bad. Now I can’t get rid of the deal. In my experience landr.com is better and propably now cheaper after this mistake.

Frauds and thieves

This company somehow been charging my account $21 for the past few months for services I never had or signed up for. I visited their site last year sometime or maybe longer and these people been charging my account. I wrote a complaint to the company no response, they have no contact numbers or any way to get in touch with anyone to resolve this matter. My next step is to contact the BBB and others who could help get answers and stop this fraudulent company. Stay away!! There are other companies that master for free

they continue to charge you even after you cancel. Do not use this site. I had to pay the full year subscription and at the end of it, they renewed it even after I cancelled.

I cannot believe these guys haven't been shut down by the CFPB and the BCP already. This scam site lures you to get their monthly annual plan - Guaranteed or your money back strewn all across their site, then they hit you with unauthorized withdrawals after you have cancelled within their 14 day period. I was legitimately not happy with the quality of masters and wanted to cancel and use landr instead. These guys use unfair consumer practices and really don't GAF about their customers. If you are unfortunate enough to be caught in this scam trap, please don't let go of your money so easily - there is hope. I got my credit card to reverse all of the payments as a chargeback, they came back to refused it, I then sent correspondence to the CC company outlining how the site is set up to deceive you and forces you to buy a product you would never ever consider getting if you knew what their shoddy "Terms and Conditions" are. What a load of unethical crap. Whoever wrote their TOC, is as a waddled crook as these people are. The TOC is sneaky and any company who puts sneaky terms in their TOC, are not out there for your best interest. No company does this - even Adobe will return your money if you order your annual sub. If I go to Walmart, and I have a return, they take it - done. Shut these scammers down! Anyway, I got my money back and didn't have to shell out $300 for their crappy and useless service. Never used their masters on anything. It's 2020, companies like this shouldn't exist. ZERO STARS!

Emastered are horrible

I canceled because I lost my job due to covid. It said my account was canceled but a week later they charged me. They said its because I was under contract so it goes through later well they should have specified that and at least be responsible for the one month. They did nothing and give me no respect and stupid answers that insinuate I'm an idiot. Never ever sign up here ever

this is a scam don't subscribe cancellation isn't possible via the website. u have to email them and hope they really delete ur account

I've stopped making music for some time now, and haven't used the account for more than six months. Also I was not satisfied with the programs. I didn't like the use of it and it didn't work for me, not what I expected at all. Now I see that you have already debited an amount of 180 USD without my permission. I decided to my own mastering after subscribing for a day then when I was given a refund it was taken out of my bank account strait away and never got a refund for a years membership what is with these music providers and websites really disappointing

NEVER USE THIS SITE, YOU WILL GET TRAPPED AND WILL LOSE MONEY. I was never looking for any form of commitment, I was testing waters and made a mistake by subscribing to the wrong subscription apparently as I know I would never have tied myself into an annual thing knowing I was never serious about using any mastering tools like that. I contacted them and said I shouldn't be punished for this, I should not have money practically stolen from me after I cancel my 'subscription'. I would be passed to the billing team and from my guess, that's probably room for me to be ignored and scammed. After this, I have no idea where I stand with banking situations like this. I would like to try and get the bank transfers blocked from my account to prevent losing anymore money.

User's recommendation: DO NOT LINK ANY KIND OF BANK DETAIL TO THIS.

They really need to be more transparent about the commitment period. Most people (like me) signed up to master a few tracks and see what the service is like. After I cancelled a few months later I realised I was still being billed. The person on the online chat cancelled my account and has assured me no other payments will be taken (we'll see). They were very clear and quite abrupt about the fact that they will not be refunding any money. Pretty shady tactics, reminds me of the old ringtone subscriptions that tricked millions of unsuspecting people in to subscriptions when they just wanted one ringtone.
