It was recommended to me and I did not find any bad reviews of it before I signed up. (Of course that does not mean they do not exist.) I signed up for a 1 year regular level but I was concerned when it said "Add a second payment method to get discount." This discount did not appear any where in the settings. I also did not get any email confirmation. I wanted to cancel it. ALSO, THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL IT! You can cancel the subscription but not delete the entire account. And when you cancel the subscription two things happen: 1. They will offer another discount (which was not applied also) 2. It is effective NEXT BILLING CYCLE which means I still have a year of use! So next thing is to try to get refund. THEY LIED. THEY SAID I AM VIOLATING SOME POLICY. They even got smart with me and highlighted a part of the Terms Of Service that I "violated". Either it has been longer than 14 days, or I need to have mastered less than 4 tracks. I ONLY MASTERED ONE. This Mastering Software is automated, not manually reviewed by Grammy Award Winners as it insinuates. I am much better off with sound editing software that I can download instead of log in. Even Audacity is a better option! I had to close my PayPal (Lol) and I asked the card issuer to give me a new card number. I can not trust Emastered. I will use some thing else for remastering audio.

Hi, I have been trying to cancel my account with emastered for several months, but it has not allowed me. Every month you take out money from my account, it says I have over 200 days left of subscription. I am not sure what to do, but I am almost broke because of you guys. I have barely any money left. Please cancel my account once and for all and stop charging me. I do not want any issues, and I do not want to have to contact a lawyer. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Deceitful advertising practices. I purchased the $29 monthly plan only to find out when I wanted to cancel it that I will continues to be billed monthly as the terms and conditions applied to an annual commitment of $29x12. This website advertises being able to cancel anytime no hassle no questions asked, with no other indicators as to what that specifically applies to. When trying to resolve this with the company, they offered only about the terms and conditions. ********* was rude via online messenger from the site, and could only seem to repeat the terms and conditions. This is misleading and could cause a lot of people issues as to the fact, like the red light cameras, can you really prove who is at the wheel? If at time of purchase, anyone could of processed that payment using someones elses payment method, how then could a company implore such a devious contract amongst customers that when they want to cancel, they cant. This website should be shutdown.

They advertise a cancel anytime-no hassle and no questions asked on memberships but fail to acknowledge only for the $39.99 plan. There are no indications to any obligations for the year other than the "annual commitment" under the plan. Of course they get you in the fine print, but when youre looking for a fast service that says you can cancel anytime, you tend to think its carrying over to the fine print, and you press submit payment a little to fast to know otherwise. This is called false advertising and technically, legally, you could take this to court as they mislead you into buying their plans with minimal upfront information. They do this with timeshares, so I suggest just changing your banking information, i.e get a new card so they cant take your money.

Enrolled in cancel-anytime service but instead got a similarly priced 12 month service. Company refuses to exchange and keeps taking $ every month. I tried to sign up for a 1 month, cancel-anytime digital mastering service to master my band's 10 song album. I knew I only needed a month to do it. Somehow, whether by my own error, via ambiguous and similar button choices on the company's website, or an error in their system, I got signed up for a similarly-priced-per-month service that lasts for a whole year and charges me every month. The company has no phone number and forces you to use a chat service to resolve issues. I was told that I could spend an additional $39 to switch to the cancel-anytime service and THEN cancel but that I could not be refunded anything spent so far. I waited until my next paycheck to do just that and was unable to get any response from the company via its chat service. I got charged again for the 12 month fee in the meantime. I tried again to contact the company via chat and this time was told that I cannot switch subscription services as I had been previously told I could! The company rep told me there was nothing I could do and they would not work with me to correct the problem. The company refuses to exchange products and keeps drafting money from my account every month.
