Awful company, shysty practices, they trick you into a yearly subscription and lock you in, if your bank has no money they wait till it does and take it, disgusting from a supposedly reputable company, the service itself isn't even good, fake promises, I learnt to master my own music which sounds a thousand times better than their "AI" It's awful they get away with it.

Scam, Shady Business Tactics. Avoid.

Paid for an annual subscription. I cancelled the service (Received confirmation that it will not renew at the end), and they proceeded to renew the subscription anyway and tell me that I cannot be refunded for the unauthorized renewed subscription. These people are shady and do not run an honest or legitimate business.

Use Landr, instead. it sounds and works better, and they run a much stronger and more honest business.

I used their service twice and i am disapointed.
On the first song i didn't like the mastering quality.It saw only louder and a little brighter.
On the second song was the same story.I tried to get my money back and it was not possible.
Now i get it.Music is personal and it is made by humans for the humans.
I found out that mixing and mastering ,nowdays,is a lot cheaper that in was 20 years ago
So i payed 20 or 25 $ for a real mastering and Voila.I got what i wanted a master that not only sound louder but is deeper sweeter,creamier.
I found on fiverr website a very good engineer called cata 546 and after this themixbros.com a dedicated studio for this.I am very impressed not only by the quality but also that i was able to tell the engineers what i was after and also they even advised me a little bit on the mixing aspects of music.

they stole my money, offering 14 days of trial, the service is bad, so I canceled it the same day, they never returned the money and they did not give the proportional fee, they are thieves, DO NOT USE IT EVER. if I didn't cancel the annual plan with paypal they would still be charging me

It was ******* I used the service for 1 month, cancelled in August and they continued to bill through January. I asked them about it and Smith said he would cancel the account but would not refund the money. After a series of email exchanges, he told me he would not cancel my subscription because he didn't have to and would continue to take money. I have not used the service since August and only used it once or twice then. My request was for a refund of **** dollars.

They take money after I cancel my plan and I cant even remove my card I want full refund this is *** I dont even use it

Liars and thieves with a crap product!

Like everyone else has said, they trick You into a year subscription that you can't cancel because of their confusing "Annual"subscription. Their product is terrible. They just compress it and boost the volume with basic eq. I would not recommend doing business with them or using their product on a free trial! Absolute scam.

EMastered took **** from me total without my permission. Especially I did not select that card as a payment I wanted to use. I checked my bank statement and EMastered took *** on 12/16/19 and then took **** on 12/17/19 without my permission.

I have been scammed by this company

They trick you into paying monthly for "annual plan" with extremely confusing payment agreements.

They make it impossible to check your status on your monthly payments, and they make it impossible to cancel your membership without cancelling it outright.

I have had so many charges from this company that I was not aware of because they do not make it clear.

Please avoid the fraud and do not purchase from this corrupt fraudulent company, if you can even call it that, im pretty sure its just one person running a scam shop.

DONT USE IT!! It’s absolute trash, they just lie there way into getting your money. The quality of there “used by popular artist” mastering is not good. I can honestly do a better job. They trick you into paying 30$ for 12 months which is 360$ in total. I’ve asked several times to cancel, and they won’t. Bring this company down and DONT USE IT!
