I paid a year in advance for their service and it stopped working. When I tried to get the problem fixed, they refused to help sending me way behind. My service suddenly stopped working shortly after I paid them a year in advance. I had been a customer for two years. They would not help me fix the email issue causing me to use another service and as of now, they will not return my money. Great service, but horrible customer service. I am still trying to use their interface, but they will not fix the issue. Now I have to explain to my clients why I am so late delivering my finished work to them.
