Maybe just make an actual good synth LMAO
This synth has no FM, even Sylenth can do FM, and it's been out for like 15 years.
Atom retriggers the unison with the notes, which is terrible for wide supersaws, which is like the only thing this synth is supposed to be good at, other than leads and basses Moog style.
ALSO ILOK? ON 2019? SERIOUSLY? LOL I lost a license from SoundToys because of that thing and never bought anything from them ever since, neither anything that uses iLok, but I thought it wouldn't be too bad to try the synth. Well, I guess I was wrong, because it took like half an hour to license the synth, not only I had to restart my computer after the install, but finding the license on the website is really hard (I guess it is so I give up on cancelling it?). After that it goes on another half an hour to "update and license" the synth. Thank for the pacience? LMAO
I used it for 5 minutes, but since it has no FM and only one type of distortion it is virtually useless for me, since I make bass music. I couldn't see anything about AI anywhere on the synth. Also there's that Bonjour stupid thing that gets installed alongside the synth, it seems almost like an adware, since I can't get it deleted without restarting, again.
Just pretty bad impression overall, you can get much better synths for half the price. I feel bad for even trying this thing, sorry Mom for wasting my time in Earth with this garbage.

OMG I try it and really sound like a shit! sorry, but the filter are weak and the reverb are so plastic. For $189 you can get some other VST very powerful compared with this. The presets are like a toys!, oh yes, the osc in raw mode sound good but when tweak are plenty of artifacts and rare things that making sound very poor. Thanks anyway.
As a synthesizer developer, I can confirm that "AI-powered synthesis" is a blatant lie, used to trick new producers into handing over their money for a garbage synthesizer. It's very common for these companies to take advantage of newer producers by advertising their products as far better than they really are (e.g. plenty of painfully basic $400 EQs out there).

I don't know if anybody uses an automated mastering service like LANDR or BandLab but anyway, the eMastered service broke into the soundware market a few days ago by releasing a subtractive synth called ATOM that supposedly uses AI to adapt to input from the musician.
The synth is ridiculously expensive, and the ATOM webpage makes some unfounded claims about the quality of their instrument.

if anybody from eMastered reads this thread, it's friggin' 2019 and this is not a product.
Here are most of the things you need to implement to have this plugin not suck in one convenient list:
A comprehensive manual, not a weak help section, that installs on the user's computer.
Brighten your damn interface.
Actual analog-modeled filters. Smooth out the zippering, fix the aliasing.
Have a modulation matrix with at least two slots.
Add modulation sources: the pitch and mod wheels, MIDI CC, et cetera.
Analog-modeled oscillators. Think about it.
A pulse-width knob, and PWM. You can't just have a square wave.
Add some oversampled oscillator sync. Consider adding oversampled FM and ring modulation.
Unison phase randomness control. No more pssshew.
Key-tracking, resonance, and drive on the oscillator filters.
Make it abundantly clear that you're supposed to modulate osc filters for normal poly sounds.
That probably means a complete reprogram of the presets.
Modulation system: either make it drag-and-drop like it says on your website, or don't claim it is.
Same with AI. Either implement it so it's noticeable, and provide documentation, or nix it.
Actually, I lied. just get rid of ALL your marketing copy. Start again when you've got a good synth.
And finally:
Release this for free because even when you've implemented all these things, it still won't be on par with Synth1.

Hey fellow producers, I've been getting served some ads for an "AI-powered synth plugin" called Atom by a company called #emastered, so I did a little research it looks like it's basically false advertising designed to trick unexperienced artists. Don't let anyone fall for it!
