Emastered are horrible

I canceled because I lost my job due to covid. It said my account was canceled but a week later they charged me. They said its because I was under contract so it goes through later well they should have specified that and at least be responsible for the one month. They did nothing and give me no respect and stupid answers that insinuate I'm an idiot. Never ever sign up here ever

this is a scam don't subscribe cancellation isn't possible via the website. u have to email them and hope they really delete ur account

I've stopped making music for some time now, and haven't used the account for more than six months. Also I was not satisfied with the programs. I didn't like the use of it and it didn't work for me, not what I expected at all. Now I see that you have already debited an amount of 180 USD without my permission.
